Pat is focused on helping HENRYs (High Earners, Not Rich Yet) build and execute their financial roadmap. Prior to launching AssetGrade in 2013, Pat held a number of executive roles at Fidelity Investments, including running operations for communications and investment reviews for more than 13,000 clients with retirement plan assets totaling more than $600 billion. Pat also ran strategy and acquisitions for OneShield, a KKR-backed insurance software and services provider. He is a former strategy consultant from Bain & Company in London and Boston. Pat is a Chartered Financial Analyst® and Certified Financial Planner™. He earned his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his undergraduate degree from McGill University.

Susan is focused on helping business owners and women investors define and achieve their financial goals. Prior to joining AssetGrade as a Partner, Susan held a number of senior executive positions during her seventeen-year tenure with Fidelity Investments. Most recently, she led a national team of investment consultants focused on servicing the needs of 2,745 corporate and tax-exempt clients with $1.2 trillion in assets, providing an array of investment services and solutions for their retirement plans. Susan previously managed the employee benefits division of a national bank trust department. She also worked in public accounting focusing primarily on personal trusts and estate planning. Susan is a CFA®, CPA, CFP® and CPFA and has an MS in Finance and Economics from West Texas A&M University.
Kate Hennessy, CFP®
Kate is focused on helping families and individuals achieve their financial goals. Before joining AssetGrade in 2016, she was with Fidelity Investments for 15 years in various client service, research, and management roles. During her time at Fidelity she led a team of 8 Investment Consultants in the Midwest focused on servicing the needs of over 500 corporate and tax-exempt clients with over $200 billion in assets. Kate’s team serviced 401(k) and tax-exempt plans that ranged from $3 million to $5 billion in assets. At Fidelity, Kate was an industry speaker and participated in discussions about employee benefits. Prior to her time at Fidelity, Kate spent 4 years at Northern Trust in Chicago providing client service to corporate trust clients with $47 billion in assets. Kate is a CFP® and received her B.A. from St. Mary’s College of Notre Dame. Kate also serves as a Director on the Board of the Oak Bank in Chicago and is a Trustee to ISBI (the Illinois State Board of Investment).
Gregory S. Mand

Greg Mand is a senior business development executive with experience leading strategy, product development, and partnership efforts for companies including Phunware (mobile), Zynga (gaming), Ustream (live video), Mevio (podcasting), and Lonely Planet (travel). Skilled in representing new companies and platforms to enterprise partners, Greg launched Zynga’s branded in-game advertising platform, developed Ustream’s self-serve white-label live video product, and created Mevio’s custom integration marketing program. His experience includes sourcing, negotiating, and closing agreements with partners including MTV, Universal Studios, HBO, Hearst, Nokia, TiVo, Procter & Gamble, and Johnson & Johnson. Greg received his MBA from the Wharton School and his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia.

Bill is the President of the Laboratory Products Division for Thermo Fisher Scientific (NYSE: TMO). Bill started at Thermo Fisher in 2010 by successfully leading the enterprise-wide eBusiness, digital marketing and customer experience strategy. Bill began his career at Bain & Company and remained for eleven years in the Boston and Toronto offices as a partner. After Bain, Bill took on executive roles in businesses owned by private equity firms: CEO of Decorative Concepts (owned by Fenway Partners) and COO of KB Toys (owned by Bain Capital), then becoming an Operating Partner for Symmetric Capital.
Bill is on the Board of Trustees of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston and the Board of Directors for Good Sports, a national organization delivering sporting goods to over one million youth. Bill earned a Bachelor Science, Business Administration, summa cum laude, in Marketing and in Finance from Georgetown University.

Jonathan joined KraneFunds in October 2015 as a Managing Partner. Jonathan has spent the majority of his career managing investment portfolios and diverse teams at leading asset management organizations. Most recently, he was the Chief Investment Officer of a 40-person global Specialized Strategies Team at J.P. Morgan with $40 billion AUM. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Jonathan spent ten years as a portfolio manager at Fidelity Investments where he was responsible for the investment performance, process and evolution of their target-date strategies for retirement savings, college savings and income generation. Jonathan managed over $150 billion in assets for over five million shareholders in the Freedom Funds series.
Jonathan received a bachelor of business administration degree in actuarial science from the Fox School of Business and Management at Temple University. A Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder, Jonathan is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and member of the CFA Institute.
Christopher P. Sullivan

Chris brings 25 years of significant leadership in the investment industry. He was President of the Fidelity Bond Group, overseeing more than $170 billion in assets, as well as Head of Institutional Fixed Income. Chris was previously co-head of U.S. Fixed Income for Goldman Sachs Asset Management. He is a former executive vice president of Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO), where he was a senior member of their Account Management group. Previously, he managed equity portfolios and mutual funds at Hawaiian Trust Company and Dimensional Fund Advisors.
